Our partnership took shape in 2022, when the ECR Solutions Vietnam team visited Infiniti Marine Pte Ltd to introduce our software engineering capabilities and industry-specific logistics ERP solutions.

Meeting directly with Infiniti Marine’s leadership and operational coordinators allowed our team to look beyond generic software requirements and understand the real-world nuances of maritime logistics:

• Coordinating multi-country shipments across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia with strict port cut-off windows (Singapore–Pasir Gudang Liner).
• Bridging the communication gap between office dispatchers planning voyages and on-site port workers and vessel crews executing haulage tasks.
• Tracking vessel certifications, fuel consumption, multi-currency vendor costs, and physical delivery proof (photos and receipts) for rapid, accurate client invoicing.
